Castle Road, Randalstown: Abandonment

The Department for Regional Development hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be to abandon 255 square metres of road at Castle Road, Randalstown facing 211a Castle Road in the townland of Ballygrooby and County of Antrim.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 23 March 2005 to 25 April 2005 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB; and Antrim Section Office, Crown Buildings, 20 Castle Street, Antrim BT41 4JE.

Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Headquarters at the address above stating the grounds of objection.
