PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 92 OF THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a final meeting of the Members will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 28 February 2005 at ASM Horwath, 20 Rosemary Street, Belfast BT1 1QD, to be followed at 12.00 noon by a final meeting of creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given of them and also of determining the manner in which the accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator will be disposed of.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the liquidation at ASM Horwath, 30 Rosemary Street, Belfast BT1 1QD, by 4.00 p.m. on 25th February 2005.
