Deletions from the European Pharmacopoeia

The Health Ministers, that is to say in respect of England, Scotland and Wales the Secretary of State concerned with health in England and in respect of Northern Ireland the Department1 of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, acting jointly, hereby declare under section 65(7) of the Medicines Act 1968 that on and after 1st January 2005 the monograph and other texts referred to in the Schedule hereto, which had been published under the direction of the Council of Europe (Partial Agreement) in accordance with the Convention on the Elaboration of a European Pharmacopoeia, shall cease to form part of the European Pharmacopoeia.
