Limited Partnerships Act 1907
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 17th September 2004 Financiere Beaumont S.A. transferred 100% of its interest in Hambro Northern Ireland Ventures L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Northern Ireland with number N.I.L.P. 12, to Dutch Nordic Insurance Company N.V. (the “Transferee”). Accordingly, with effect from 17th September 2004 the Transferee increased its capital contribution in the Partnership and Financiere Beaumont S.A. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
