The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 1(3) of the Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 has made the Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Commencement No.1) Order 2004.
The Order commences Articles 41,42 and 43 of the Criminal Justice Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 from 6 September 2004. The Articles amend the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.
