The European Communities (Definition of Treaties) (Common Electoral Principles) Order 2004 (S.i. 2004 No. 304)

The European Communities (Definition of Treaties) (Common Electoral Principles) Order 2004 came into force on 1st April 2004, being the date on which Council Decision 2002/772/EC, Euratom – which under the Order is to be regarded as a Community Treaty as defined in section 1(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 – entered into force for the United Kingdom.
