This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Findel Education Limited and all other employers listed above. The Novara Defined Contribution Scheme (“the Scheme”) is being wound up with effect from 31st December 2003.

If you were or are an employee of the above company, and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of the Novara Defined Contribution Scheme c/of Sandra Stevenson, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, 1 Whitehall, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 4HR. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 29th May 2004.

It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 29th May 2004, they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
