Notice of Intention to Make Abandonment Orders
Castle Villas/Castle Court, Cookstown
The Department for Regional Development being of the opinion that another road is available which provides alternative facilities for road traffic proposes to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be to abandon a length of approximately 42 metres of footpath between Nos. 9 and 57 Castle Villas and Nos. 2 and 12 Castle Court in the town of Cookstown and County of Tyrone.
The length of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft of the order, may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 9th January 2004 to 16th February 2004 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast; Western Division, Boaz House, Scarffes Entry, Omagh and 33 Molesworth Street, Cookstown.
Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Headquarters at the address above stating the grounds of objection.
