Notice is hereby given that the Department for Regional Development by virtue of the powers conferred on it by the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 has made an Order dated 18th December 2003 entitled Orchardville Gardens/Orchardville Crescent, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. No. 541) which will come into operation on 2nd February 2004.
