Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Members and Creditors pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, will be held at the offices of Edgar & Co., Chartered Accountants, 11 Chlorine Gardens, Belfast BT9 5DJ, on 30th December 2003 at 10.30 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up and to authorise the disposal of the company’s records.
