In the Estate of Samuel James Taylor, late of 36 Knappagh Road, Killylea, County Armagh.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 28 of The Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, and any amending subsequent legislation that all creditors having such claims against or interest in the estate of the above-named Deceased who died on the 18th day of February 2002, are hereby required to send on or before the 27th day of February 2004, particulars of such claims or interest to the undersigned Solicitor for the Personal Representative of the Deceased.
And Notice is hereby further given that after the said 27th day of February 2004, the said Solicitor for the Personal Representative will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
