Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Cavanagh Kelly, Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 38 Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AP, on 4th November, 2003 at 11.00 and 11.15 am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

Proxy forms must be returned to the Liquidator at Cavanagh Kelly, Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 38 Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AP not later than 12 noon on 3rd November 2003.
