IN CREDITORS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 that final general meetings of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at BDO Stoy Hayward, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast BT1 5BN, on Tuesday, 23rd September 2003 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively for the purposes of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

Proxy forms must be returned to the Liquidator at BDO Stoy Hayward, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast BT1 5BN, not later than 12.00 noon on Monday, the 22nd September, 2003.
