William John Bigger, late of 31 Killycavanagh, Ardboe, Dungannon, County Tyrone.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against or interest in the estate of the above-named deceased who died on the 26th day March 2002, are hereby required to deliver on or before noon on the 20th day of September 2003, particulars of such claims or interest to the below named Solicitors for the Personal Representative of the Deceased.
And notice is further given that after the 20th day of September 2003, the Personal Representative of the Deceased will proceed to distribute the assets of the estate of the Deceased having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
