Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she had a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme, which is to be wound-up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following companies or any subsidiaries of the following companies namely:

Is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 20th July 2003, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to Mercer HR Consulting, Clarendon House, 23 Clarendon Road, Belfast BT1 3BG, marked ‘for the attention of Mrs. K Law’.

The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
