The Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1994

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 3(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, made on 27th March 2003, a statutory rule entitled “The Health and Social Services Trusts (Exercise of Functions) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003”. (S.R. No. 200).

The regulations, which came into operation on 31st March 2003, amend the Health and Social Services Trusts (Exercise of Functions) Regulations so that the list of Relevant Functions of a Health and Social Services Board may include all functions under the Carers and Direct Payments Act (Northern Ireland) 2002.
