The Local Government (General Grant) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Department of the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4 of The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, has made Regulations entitled The Local Government (General Grant) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003. These Regulations are subject to negative resolution at Westminster.

The Regulations introduce a new formula for determining distribution of the resources element of general grant payable by the Department of the Environment to district councils.
