Creditors’ Voluntary Winding-up

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a general meeting of the Members and a meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at Albany House, 18 Theydon Road, London, E5 9NZ, on 26th February, 2003 at 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm respectively for the purposes of:

(a)	Having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
(b)	Resolving that the Liquidator be released from office.
(c)	Resolving that the Liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books and records of the Company and the records of the Liquidation at the expiry 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a Proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A Proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
