Statutory Notice to Creditors and Others

Trustee Act (northern Ireland) 1958

In the Estate of James Andrew, late of 60 Steeple Road, Antrim in the County of Antrim, who died on the 21st December, 2002.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claim against or interest in the Estate of the above-named Deceased, who died on the 21st day of December 2002, are hereby required to send on or before the 17th day of April 2003, particulars of such claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representative of the Deceased.

And Notice is hereby further given that after the said 17th day of April 2003, the said Personal Representative will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said Deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
