Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 91 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that a General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Offices of McClure Watters, Chartered Accountants, Thomas House, 14-16 James Street South, Belfast BT2 7GA on the 14th day of February, 2003 at 12 noon, to be followed by a General Meeting of Creditors at 12.15 pm for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings to date.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of McClure Watters, Chartered Accountants, Thomas House, 14-16 James Street South, Belfast BT2 7GA, no later than 12.00 noon on the 13th day of February, 2003.
