Resolution for Winding-up

RESOLUTIONS

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company held at the offices of Napier & Sons, Solicitors and Insolvency Practitioners of 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, on the 1st day of October 2002, when the following was passed as an extraordinary resolution.

1.	“That as the purposes for which the Company was incorporated are no longer capable of being carried on by the Company. The Company should be wound up as a Creditors Voluntary Winding Up.
2.	That Michael Donaghy, Certified Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner of 177 Victoria Street, Belfast, be the Liquidator.
