Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 has made Regulations entitled: Food (Figs, Hazelnuts and Pistachios from Turkey) (Emergency Control No. 2) Regulations (NI) 2002 (S.R. 2002 No. 307).

The Regulations came into operation on 4th October 2002.
