Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Napier & Sons, Solicitors, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast on Friday, the 4th of November, 2002 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy Forms if intended to be used should be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meetings (together with completed Proof of Debt if not already lodged).
