Notice Is Hereby Given that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to Unsecured Creditors of the above named Bankrupt within four months of the proving date below. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before 4th October 2002 to send their Proofs of Debt to Arthur Boyd of Arthur Boyd & Company, Franklin House, 12 Brunswick Street, Belfast BT2 7GE, the Trustee of the Bankrupt and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not yet proved his debt by the dates specified will be excluded from the dividend.
