The Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 122(1)(a) and (d), 132(4)(b) and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, and Article 14(4)(b) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 and now vested in it and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel, the Department for Social Development has made regulations entitled the Social Security (Students and Income-Related Benefits Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 (SR 2002 No. 270).
