Animal By-Products (Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 2002

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 15(1)(c), (d) and (f), 25(3), 26(3) and 47(2) of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to, the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 has made Regulations entitled: Animal By-Products (Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 2002 (SR 2002 No. 35).

The Regulations will come into operation on 19th August 2002. Copies of the Regulations may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
