Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been lodged by Turriff Tractors Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 12 Bon Accord Square, Aberdeen, AB9 1YB and being Company Number SC142939 craving the Court to grant an Order in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 that the Petitioners be restored to the Register of Companies. The Sheriff at Aberdeen having considered the said Petition ordered publication of Notice thereof and should anyone seek to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen within 5 days after this advertisement.
