NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

THE CLC GROUP LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee commenced winding up of the Scheme on 5 May 2026.

The Trustee wishes to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of the CLC Group of companies (being CLC Contractors Ltd, Axis CLC Group Ltd, Hilbre Holdings Ltd and any former associated companies) or their spouse or dependant who believe that they have a claim against the Scheme or an entitlement or interest in the Scheme and have not heard from the Trustee recently.

If you think that you have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme please write with full details of your claim, interest or entitlement including your full name, address, National Insurance Number, date of birth, dates of employment, employing entity and any relevant papers to:

All claims must be made within two months of the date of this notice. After that date the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled, having regard only to claims and interest of which the Trustee has had express notice. The Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claim, entitlement or interest has not been notified to it in writing before the expiry of this notice.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustee should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
