The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and Humber) (No.9) Order 2026" authorising the stopping up of a length and part width of Isles Street at Scholemoor, in the City of Bradford. This is to enable development as permitted by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, under reference 25/01346/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO1745049). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Manningham Library, Carlisle Road, Manningham, Bradford, BD8 8BB.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 11 May 2026.
