NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (and Section 330 if a final dividend), that the Trustee of the above named who was appointed on 04 December 2024, intends to pay a first and final unsecured dividend. The dividend will be paid within 2 months of the last date for proving.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.

Under Rule 14.31 the Trustee MAY not require creditors who are owed debts that are considered small (under £1,000), to submit a Proof of Debt Form. Creditors should note that the Trustee is NOT invoking this Rule, and if creditors wish to receive a dividend they MUST submit a Proof of Debt Form, regardless of whether their debt is considered small or not.
