Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 24 April 2026, HgCapital Initial GP Limited (the “Initial General Partner”), transferred its general partner interest in VL1 Co-Invest L.P. (formerly known as 2025 T Co-Invest L.P.) (the “Partnership”) to Hg Orion 1 General Partner (Guernsey) Limited (the “New General Partner”). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership.
