Transfer of Partnership Interests

Notice is hereby given that Real Estate Fund II GP, LLC, in its capacity as the general partner of Real Estate Global Partnership Fund II, LP (the “Transferor”) has agreed to transfer the whole of its limited partnership interests in European Property Investors Special Opportunities 3 LP (the “Partnership”) with effect from 31 March 2026 (including its capital contributions of €480) to a new limited partner of the Partnership, Ace Secondary Investments GP LTD, in its capacity as the general partner of ACE Secondary Investments VII L.P. (the “Transferee”). Consequently, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
