Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Block Transfer Order of Insolvency Cases made by District Judge Rouine on 13 April 2026:

1. Service of this application on the Respondents be dispensed with for the purposes of the application being determined on paper.

2. Those insolvency proceedings listed in Schedules A to G (‘Block Transfer Cases’) which are not currently before the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Birmingham Insolvency and Companies List (CD) be transferred to this Court for the purposes only of this application and the making of this order.

3. The Applicant will lodge a sealed copy of this order with the Courts having jurisdiction over each case effected listed in Schedules A to G by this order within 14 days from the date of this order being received by the Applicant’s solicitors.

4. Immediately upon this order taking effect, the proceedings listed in Schedules A to G which were transferred shall be transferred back to the appropriate District Registry or County Court.

5. The First Respondent be removed from office in respect of the cases listed in Schedules A and C and the Applicant/Second Respondent (as appropriate) shall remain as sole office holder from the date of this order.

6. The First Respondent be removed from office in respect of the cases listed in Schedule B and the Applicant be appointed as replacement office holder in respect of Isupply Direct Limited and the Second Respondent be appointed replacement office holder in respect of GLSS Ltd, from the date of this order.

7. The First Respondent be removed from office in respect of the cases listed in Schedules D and F and the Applicant be appointed as replacement office holder from the date of this order.

8. The First Respondent be removed from office in respect of the cases listed in Schedules E and G and the Applicant shall remain as sole office holder from the date of this order.

9. The creditors in each of the cases listed in Schedules A to G be notified of this order by one advertisement in the London Gazette, within 14 days from the date of this order being received by the Applicant’s solicitors. The creditors shall also be notified of the change in officeholder within the next progress report.

10. Any creditor, or, in the case of any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the Block Transfer Cases, who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of the advertisement in the London Gazette, to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other order by the court.

11. Provided that the Applicant and Second Respondent (as appropriate) take reasonable steps to ensure that they comply with the deadlines for any reporting or other obligations under the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency Rules 2016, any breach of such deadlines shall not constitute an offence for the purposes of these provisions or make the Applicant and/or Second Respondent liable for any sanction or fine.

12. There be permission to the Applicant to apply to add appointments to the Application and to this Order if further appointments are discovered over which the First Respondent is appointed and generally.

13. The Applicant shall give notice to the Secretary of State, the Registrar of Companies and the Respondents, of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable.

14. The First Respondent be discharged/released with effect from the date of this order.

15. The costs of this application shall be paid as an expense of the Block Transfer Cases and shall be apportioned equally between each case such that each of the Block Transfer Cases shall bear an equal proportion of the costs, or such other share as the Applicant and the Second Respondent (as appropriate) may decide, save that any such proportion shall not exceed a sum exceeding 10% of the value of the asset realisations in any such case as at the date of this Order.
