Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 9 April 2026, CT Private Equity Trust PLC (the "Transferor") transferred its interest as a limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Second Fund Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012516, to Kline Hill Partners Core VI SPV LLC, which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
