"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan David Kelly (IP No. 9156) and Shaun Hudson (IP No. 31192) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, F17 Evolve Business Centre, Cygnet Way, Houghton le Spring, Tyne and Wear, DH4 5QY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
