2. That in accordance with the provisions of the Company`s articles of association, the Joint Liquidator be authorised to distribute to the members of the Company in special all or any part of the Company`s assets.
Ordinary Resolution
1. That Mustafa Abdulali and Neil Dingley of Moore Recovery Limited, First Floor Suite 4 Alexander House, Waters Edge Business Park, Campbell Road, Stoke-On-Trent, ST4 4DB be appointed Joint Liquidator for the purpose pf the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The joint liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.
