Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that VKR Invest ApS transferred to VKR Holding A/S, 100% of the interest held by it in EQT VII (No.2) Limited Partnership being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016390 (the “Partnership”), and as such VKR Holding A/S was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and VKR Invest ApS ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
