"That the Company be placed into members' voluntary liquidation under section 84{1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Richard Bloomfield (IP No. 28390) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Dencora Court, 2 Meridian Way, Norwich, NR7 0TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators (the "Joint Liquidators") for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets, and that they may jointly or severally exercise any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution and may jointly or severally do any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them."
