Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by Foundation Investments Scotland LP (GP) LLP of Citypoint, 65 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 5HD (the "General Partner") that the limited partnership known as "Foundation Investments Scotland LP" (SL017758) was dissolved on 4 March, that the winding up of Foundation Investments Scotland LP has now been completed, and that accordingly the General Partner will cease to be the general partner of Foundation Investments Scotland LP.
