NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that on 27 March 2026 the above-named company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Darren Edwards (IP No. 10350) of Exigen Group Limited T/A Liquidation Centre, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD was appointed Liquidator. The company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors are required, on or before 14 May 2026, to send to the Liquidator of the Company, Darren Edwards of Exigen Group Limited, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD, their statement of claim together with documentary evidence of that claim in accordance with Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018.
