Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Scheme intend to wind up the Scheme after securing benefits for all members of the Scheme through individual insurance policies.
The Trustees believe they have identified everyone with a right to benefits under the Scheme.
If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme (as a creditor, member or beneficiary) and have not been contacted by the Trustees, please write to them c/o Frances Hogan, Vidett Trustee Services Limited, Forbury Works, 37-43 Blagrave Street, Reading, RG1 1PZ, giving your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, either details of when you were a member of the Scheme or details of the basis of your claim, interest or entitlement along with any relevant papers.

Claims received after that time will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme, and the Trustees will wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims, interests or entitlements of any person of whom they have not had notice. The Trustees will not be liable to any person whose claim they have not been notified in writing within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
