Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Rettig Group Oy Ab assigned the whole of its interest in Bridgepoint Credit Opportunities III “A” LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP017087 (the “Partnership”), to Rettig Investment AB. As a consequence of such transfer, Rettig Investment AB was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Rettig Group Oy Ab ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
