Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Umbalti FBO Stepstone Private Infrastructure Fund transferred 100% of its interest in EQT Infrastructure II (No.1) Feeder Limited Partnership (being a limited partnership registered in Scotland under number SL10563 (the “Partnership”)) to Structure Subsidiary LLC. As a result of such transfer, Structure Subsidiary LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Umbalti FBO Stepstone Private Infrastructure Fund ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
