NOTICE is hereby given that on 31 March 2026 a Petition by Callum Ian Cruickshank was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen Sheriff Court for inter alia an administration order under the Insolvency Act 1986 for the appointment of an administrator to the said TGC Aberdeen West Limited (company registration number SC655855), having its Registered Office at 43 Main Road, Lumphanan, Banchory, AB31 4PX and main seat of business at Norsea House, Crawpeel Rd, Altens, Aberdeen AB12 3LG; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 1 April 2026 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and First Deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press and Journal newspaper; ordained any interested person if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen (quoting ref: ABE-L20-26) within five days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
