Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 27 March 2026, BDC V GP 2 Limited (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Signal Co-Investment Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP024473, to BDC V GP LLP, an English limited liability partnership, with registration number OC450190 and its principal place of business at 5 Marble Arch, London, United Kingdom, W1H 7EJ, a general partner in the Partnership. Consequently, on that date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
