Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that JP Morgan Trust Company Jersey Limited as trustee of the Petroleum Studies and Research Center Endowment Trust transferred 100% of its interest in EQT Real Estate I (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016611 (the “Partnership”), to Northern Trust Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Limited as trustee of the Petroleum Studies and Research Center Endowment Trust. As a result of such transfer, Northern Trust Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Limited as trustee of the Petroleum Studies and Research Center Endowment Trust was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and JP Morgan Trust Company Jersey Limited as trustee of the Petroleum Studies and Research Center Endowment Trust ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
