THE SCHOLL PENSION PLAN – NOTICE TO
CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
This notice is addressed to the creditors and beneficiaries of the Scholl Pension Plan, which was previously called the Scholl Mfg Co Limited Contributory Pension Scheme, the Scholl Pension Scheme and the Scholl (U.K.) Limited Retirement Benefits Plan (1972) (the “Plan”).
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Plan are winding up the Plan. The wind up of the Plan commenced on 26th February 2026. Any creditor, member or beneficiary of the Plan or any other person who believes they have a claim against or interest in the Plan is requested to contact the Trustees at the address below.
This may include employees or former employees (or their dependants) of at least the following companies:
• Scholl Limited (previously called Scholl plc and European Home Products Plc)
• Scholl Consumer Products Limited (previously called S-P Consumer Products Limited, Scholl (UK) Limited and the Scholl Mfg Co Limited)
• S-P International Consumer Products Limited
• SSL International Plc (previously called Seton Products Limited, Seton Healthcare Group Plc and Seton Scholl Healthcare Plc)
• Ladac Limited, O-Pedic Limited, Foot Clinics (1934) Limited and Academic Depot Limited
• James Branch & Sons Limited, Ball & Wright Limited and Tom Smith & Sons (Bulkington) Limited
and former members of the European Home Products Employee Benefits Plan or their dependants.

You should include your full name, current address, date of birth, national insurance number, details of the period of employment to which the claim relates and details of any benefits that you think you are entitled to and write no later than 31st May 2026.
It is the Trustees’ intention to complete the wind-up of the Plan and secure benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners in 2026. If you do not write to the Trustees by 31st May the Trustees will continue the process to conclude the wind-up of the Plan and distribute its assets, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and shall not be liable to any other person.
If you already receive a pension from the Plan, or if you have received our letter dated 26th March 2026 you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
