Corporate purpose: (i) intermediation of reinsurance and retrocession business, and (ii) provide technical services in structuring of reinsurance programs or contracts, including risk management services.

Controlling quotaholder: MNK International Limited, qualified above.

2. This statement of intent is published to produce legal effects, pursuant to the requirements of the Brazilian Superintendence of Private Insurance (Superintendencia de Seguros Privados – SUSEP) regulations, pursuant the provisions of the item III of article 5 of CNSP Resolution No 422 of 11 November of 2021 article 37 of Circular SUSEP No. 700 of 4 April 2024.

3. Any objections to this statement must be informed directly to the Superintendence of Private Insurance - SUSEP, at Avenida Presidente Vargas 730, 9th floor, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil, within fifteen days from the date of this publication, by an identified letter with supporting evidence.
