NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above company was placed into liquidation on 25 March 2026.

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 22 April 2026 to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to Daniel Leigh of Borehamwood Enterprise Centre, 9 Brickfield Cottages, Theobald Street, Borehamwood WD6 4SD, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so required by notice from the Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
