Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 19 March 2026, Pension Insurance Corporation Plc transferred its limited partnership interests in Macquarie Infrastructure Debt (UK Inflation Linked) Fund LP, a limited partnership carrying on business at North Suite First Floor Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WW, United Kingdom (the “Partnership”), to L8 Investment Holdings GP Limited acting in its capacity as general partner of L8 Investment Holdings LP, an existing limited partner in the Partnership.
